Phil is a very sweet kitten and he purrs right when you walk into the room. He likes belly rubs and is pretty talkative. Phil is seeking an indoor-only, no declaw home for his health and safety.

Phil has been neutered; microchipped; tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS; treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms; and is current on vaccinations. Adoption fee is $120 cash.
